Day 2

Well today has been pretty good. I did not get to go to the gym but I bought a new pilates video for the Wii and it was pretty hard. I worked for about 20 or 30 min on it. I know that is not very long, but my abs already hurt so I think it will be ok.

I ate pretty good today too.

Breakfast: English Muffin with a tsp of blackberry jam

Snack: banana and a rice cake

Lunch: salad with tuna, carrots, and egg with fat free ranch dressing

snack: handful of trail mix

dinner: buffalo chicken flat bread from Subway

Snack: orange

I think that was a pretty good day!
