Today is day one of my new goal. I am not making a New Year's resolution...I am setting a goal for myself. It is not going to be a " I'm going to loose weight" goal either...I am going to make smalls goals throughout the year. Once I meet one, I will make another. I think I will do much better if I set small goals that are reachable, than if I make a huge one that I may never reach. So, starting today, goal number one is to be able to run for 15 minutes, without stopping, on the treadmill. This blog is to keep up with my progress. So, after I get home from the gym today I will post how long I ran and how difficult it was for me to do. Each day I will do the same thing. I have always wanted to be a "runner" so now is my chance!!! I AM going to reach this ultimate goal!!! I am going to have faith in myself and kick some butt!! :)
