Day one...down

ok...So I am starting pretty good I guess.... I did go to the gym and I was on the treadmill for 1 mile. I walked 2 min., jogged 2 min, then walked 2 min, and then jogged 3 min, 2 min walking, then finally about 4 min jogging...so I think I did pretty good. I also did 100 crunches...lord knows I need to do about a million!! :)

I ate pretty good today too. Here is my list:

No breakfast bc I woke up at lunch time!
I had a salad with tuna, egg, and craisins with fat free ranch dressing and half an apple

For dinner I had chicken breast and a whole can of green beans!!! I also ate the rest of the apple from lunch.

After dinner is going to be the hardest time for me. I was still hungry and I ate a handful of trail mix, and a couple handfuls of cheese puffs. I also had a slim fast snack bar...

That is the worst I did all day. It may be because I did not get to eat breakfast. We will see tomorrow, bc I will be able to have all my meals and snacks, and I will be back to work. I wont be as easy to snack!! :)

I found a meal plan online that seems like it will be good for me bc it is not anything fancy. It is really simple things that I actually like to eat!

But, so far so good on my first day of the new me.

I will be back tomorrow night to write about how tomorrow goes!
